Post meditation script on learning ,observing, accepting and letting go

Life in its most volatile states is giving you a key indication of what you should expect, the option to react or respond is entirely up to you — if that is still within your control and conscious grasp.

Constant stimulation has seemingly shrunk the lapse between time and not just passive time, decision making time, the priceless opportunity we take to think before responding to stimuli, our counter intuitive ability that allows us to carry ourselves to a higher degree, what makes us civil beings. The effects of this could lead us to a more reactive state, taking us back to being a product of our reactive mind, essentially a step back in civilization and psychological evolution.

The rapid pace in which the digital world has developed, and the onslaught of information and stimulation people experience has brought about tremendous social development opportunities but equally damming psychological effects.

To be a free thinker means to forever seek relief from assumptions, whether it’s those we’ve made up or those who have been given to us, the aim is to freely work towards beliefs and ideas of our own choosing.

For social creatures you can understand on my many levels why this is challenging, being raised in environments that subconsciously promote collective thinking and judgement, allowing yourself to be free to your own thinking and views is almost subscribing to being isolated from the community.

Thinking itself in its truest nature is a tiring process; it is much easier to accept beliefs passively than to think them out, rigorously questioning their grounds by asking what are the consequences that follow from them — but this something that must be done, for the individual to be free within the environment in which they occupy and to silence the chatter inside them.

This means being willing to use your mind without prejudice and without the fear of understanding things that clash with your own customs, privileges, or beliefs. This state of mind is not common, but it is essential for right thinking.

To make better decisions we are forced to engage in deeper conversations with our selves and ultimately the quality of our lives depends upon the quality of our thoughts, so we need time make time to watch these, understand them and let them go once they no longer serve us.

The world can be a tragedy to those who feel, and a comedy to those who think and to assess the quality of people’s thoughts, don’t listen to their words, but watch their actions.

I hope you enjoyed this post meditation script — a summary of learning ,observing, accepting and letting go.
